Yuva Srinivasan is the founder and brings over a decade of hands-on experience in digital transformation, technical architecture, and large-scale programme delivery—primarily in Defence and government. He has led and delivered critical work as Digital Transformation Consultant at the Australian Department of Defence (Directorate of Business Reform) since 2021, and before that held senior roles at Accenture Australia and KPMG Australia. His background includes Environment Management and Test Support for major IT transformations, Technical Architecture and design for complex systems, UAT and deployment leadership, and workforce and business reform. That combination—sector knowledge, technical depth, and delivery discipline—is why we are experts in the services we offer: we have lived the same challenges our clients face and have a track record of delivering in secure, high-assurance environments.
